ABOUT REGENCY WALL COATINGS
Regency Wall Coatings are Exterior Wall Rendering Specialists that had a very lackluster website and a Google Ads campaign that had been bloated by misleading advice from Google Reps.
They approached Loud Digital to supercharge their Ad-account and website.
THE PROBLEM
Upon our initial audit we discovered the following issues with their landing page:
- No Contact Form
- No Call To Action
- Not Mobile Friendly
- Not HTTPs secure
- No Google Analytics or Conversion Tracking
- Load times of over 8 seconds due to image sizes and no compression
THE SOLUTION
We decided to not only re-build their Ads from scratch, but there website too… in the space of 24 hours (overwhelming amounts of tea were consumed).
We also did the following:
- We implemented Single Keyword Adgroups (SKAGs) to increase Quality score and CTR hugely for the small amount of keywords they were using
- We Created much higher quality Ads that used all available Headlines and Descriptions
- Setup Conversion Event Tracking
- Implemented Hotjar to analyse the customer journey
- Setup Google Analytics
- Setup Google Tag Manager
- Optimised PageSpeed to under 3 seconds on Share hosting.
- Setup a Google My Business page
- Reduced the number of fields on their contact forms to increase Conversions
THE RESULTS
They were averaging 2-5 leads per month at an average cost per lead of £270. Since we implemented our solution their cost per lead has dropped to £16 and their monthly lead volume has increased by 800% This has allowed them to grow rapidly over the past 6 months and expand their business.
